Hi sweeties,
Another month = another Kloverbox. I was really looking forward to review this one since I saw that there was a nail polish and some candy inside.
If you still don’t know how this subscription box works; here it goes:
- Choose your plan. Choose from monthly or 3 and 6 months shipments and save! The more months you take, the cheaper the box gets.
- Kloverbox will choose the best cruelty-free/vegan natural/organic products of that month and ship them to you.
- Then it’s up to you to discover all their products and feel happy while using them since they’re all eco-friendly. NO GUILT AT ALL, yay!
The September box includes a facial cream, a dry shampoo, a face mask and flushable derrière wipes.
Delizioso Skin Care – Coffee Berry Brighten Facial Cream
The first thing you notice about this bottle is that it is very stiff which makes it very difficult to get some of the product out. I do like the scent of the cream but to me it smells more like coffee and almonds than coffee and berries. The cream is quite thick which makes it take longer to be fully absorbed in the skin. I tried the cream once and unfortunately I had some break outs on my skin (I think because the cream contains coconut oil). That made me decide to only use the cream on my body and not on my face.

Nature Derived Dry Shampoo
Dry shampoo is something I probably use every week since my hair is super oily and I’d have to wash my hair pretty much every day. It’s the second time I have tried a powder dry shampoo in stead of the regular spray ones. It worked pretty well! You apply it on your scalp with a make-up brush and the powder gets absorbed quite quickly. I will definitely be taking this one on the plane with me next weekend since I’ll be on a 10h flight to Egypt and my hair ALWAYS looks greasy upon arrival.

Potion Handmade Face Forward Mask V. 2.0
This product was not really my favorite. It’s a powder mask that needs water added to it before applying it on the face. You’re supposed to mix 1 teaspoon of the powder with 1 teaspoon of water but that made the paste quite thick and almost impossible to apply. Maybe more water will do better next time but I don’t think I’ll be using it again. I prefer a mask that’s ready to be put on fast than still having to mix things up. I’d also say this mask is very overpriced for the amount of product you get.

Tailfeathers Flushable Derrière Wipes – coconut hibiscus
What I love about this product is that it is totally made out of plant-based ingredients and never was tested on animals. It also has a nice smell to it; I can’t really say if it’s really coconut and hibiscus scented though. On the downside, the quality of the wipes itself could really be better. While trying to get a wipe out of the package my finger went straight through it. Because of that I’ll just be using it as face wipes for my daughter in stead of as derrière wipes.
